New Directors Appointments Following an extensive recruitment process which attracted a very strong field of applicants, Bully Zero is pleased to announce three new appointments to the Board of Directors. We welcome Rachel Cobb, Dr Zena Burgess PHD and Dr Jennifer Hester PHD. Each appointee brings an impressive and diverse range of background disciplines and a wealth of experience and knowledge that will support Bully Zero in our mission to end bullying in Australia. Rachel Cobb is an experienced Managing Director with a background in financial services, aviation, media and management consulting. Rachel has diversified skills in strategy, commercial and operational leadership in Australian, New Zealand and Asian markets and has worked with Air New Zealand Group, Cathay Pacific Airways and spent 11 years with General Electric. Dr Zena Burgess PHD has a doctorate in psychology and is registered as a clinical and organisational psychologist. Zena holds an MBA, and in Education and she has been a member of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (VCAT), the Disability Review Board and the Psychologists Registration Board. For over a decade she led the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) as CEO during a period of growth. Dr Jennifer Hester PHD is an enthusiastic researcher and evaluator with an extensive career across the not for profit and university sector in Australia and the United Kingdom. Jennifer has technical expertise and practical understanding of designing, delivering and evaluating multi-disciplinary interventions to promote healthy and inclusive communities. Bully Zero works to prevent and reduce bullying through evidence-based education, advocacy and support for all communities across Australia. Having released our new Strategic Plan 2019 – 2024 last year; we are now in a position to be the voice of those impacted by bullying, and to be the catalyst for change that reduces bullying in Australia.
