SHANE GILLARD, CHAIR Accruing more than 20 years in management and leadership positions across a range of sectors and speciality areas including engineering, manufacturing, training and recruitment. He is passionate about raising awareness of the far-reaching consequences of unsafe workplaces and practices. DR ZENA BURGESS FAPS, FAICD, VICE CHAIR Dr Zena Burgess PhD has a doctorate in psychology and is registered as clinical and organisational psychologist. For over a decade she led the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) as CEO during a period of growth and professional recognition as a patient-focused organisation contributing to health reform, standard setting, and innovation in primary care. JACQUETTA GRIGGS, DIRECTOR Jacquetta is an accomplished finance professional; experienced in delivering complex business initiatives across various industries and organisations. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Past President of CPA Australia’s Victorian Divisional Council, and sits on Accounting Advisory Boards at Deakin University and Swinburne Business School ADAM CENTORRINO, FOUNDING DIRECTOR A proud Melbournian, Adam Centorrino came to realise early on that bullying is a global issue; its impacts felt in almost all professional and social environments. It’s this passion, and his ability to empathise with individuals, that brought him to the work of Bully Zero. Adam brings exceptional IT skills developed across 8 years of leading Centorrino Technologies. GIOVANNI 'JOHN' TRAVAGLINI, DIRECTOR John has been a member of Victoria Police for 15 years and currently manages one of the largest police stations in Victoria. With 130 plus personnel, John promotes the culture of his station as being a safe inclusive and respectful workplace. John was also one of the first responders to the tragic circumstances that claimed Allem Halkic’s life under the Westgate Bridge in 2009. DR. JENNIFER HESTER PHD, DIRECTOR Dr. Jennifer Hester PhD is an enthusiastic researcher and evaluator with an extensive career across not for profit and university sectors in Australia and the UK. Committed to supporting projects that promote equity, social inclusion and health, Jennifer has a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others and prides herself on a people first approach.
