Carly joins Bully Zero with experience in counselling, teaching yoga, delivering healthy eating programs, and the NSW Ethics program in primary schools.  She delights in hearing young people’s perspectives on life and building connections with the community.

When she isn’t presenting, Carly loves to spend time with her three children, husband, and friends, walking, picnicking, or swimming on the beautiful Northern Beaches, where she’s lived for the past 15 years.

With over 25 years of dedicated service to youth, Justin brings experience, passion, and personal insight to his facilitator role with Bully Zero.

He incorporates personal stories, humour, and fun into his presentations, highlighting the impact of bullying through his own family experiences.

Outside of presenting, Justin is a talented musician, skilled in singing, guitar, and piano.

Kerrie is qualified in Mind-Body Nutrition and health coaching and loves supporting people in connecting more deeply to their bodies and making lasting changes to improve their health and wellness.  She’s also very passionate about making a difference in how children (and adults) connect, which is why she said a big YES to facilitating the Bully Zero workshops.

Outside of work, Kerrie loves walking and being in nature.

Rachel is an experienced educator with a background as a teacher and an engaging presenter. She’s deeply passionate about young people’s mental health and brings a dynamic mix of professional expertise and personal experience to every session.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, creative art projects, walks with her fur babies, and quality downtime at home with her family. 

Julie is a retired police officer with over 15 years of service, specialising in youth education and supporting at-risk youth. She’s been actively involved with Bully Zero since 2014, dedicating over 20 years to educating young people and community groups on Cyber Safety, Drugs and Alcohol, Bullying, Resilience, and Mental Fitness.

Julie holds qualifications in Investigating Crimes Against Children and training from the US Justice Department and is a member of the Expert Database for the Safer Internet Program in Europe. She’s also a certified trainer in Safe Environments for Children and a Champion for the Charter of Rights for Children in Care.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys volunteering and travelling.

Kosta is a therapist with 23 years of experience supporting people of all ages through anxiety, depression and trauma. His approach integrates both mind and body to help individuals move past “roadblocks” so they can create positive change in their lives. Kosta enjoys facilitating - especially with young people – and outside of work he’s a passionate photographer and a proud dad to two rapidly growing teens.

His philosophy is if we live the examples for others, then others will be inspired by that example.

Nadia brings over 20 years’ experience in health promotion and wellbeing across education, community, and fitness settings. With a background in Wellbeing Management and her current student counselling roles, she offers practical, empowering support to help young people thrive. Passionate about community-wide approaches, she works closely with educators and parents to promote proactive, preventative strategies.

Outside of Bully Zero, Nadia is a counsellor, TAE trainer, and bodywork therapist who recharges in nature with her family and dogs.

Trudy is an experienced teacher and joining the Bully Zero team has been a natural extension of her dedication to fostering environments where people can thrive. Passionate about the power of connection, Trudy deeply values and loves working with people to develop their communication skills, self-awareness and agency in their own lives.      

Outside of Bully Zero, Trudy is completing her master's degree in social work and has a full and busy life with her family, especially her two energetic teenagers.  

Belinda-Jane joins the Bully Zero team with a Certificate IV in Education Support and a background in suicide prevention and wellbeing education. Her training gave her powerful insights into student experiences and inspired her to support Bully Zero’s mission of empowering individuals to speak up and create safer, more inclusive communities.

Based in Far North Queensland, Belinda-Jane also facilitates wellbeing retreats on Magnetic Island - blending healing treatments, exercise therapies, and nutrition.

April brings passion, leadership, and deep commitment to her role as a Bully Zero Facilitator. With 20 years in corporate management, she is a confident educator and advocate for safer workplace environments and policy reform.

Michelle Kleinert OAM is an accomplished trainer, facilitator, former Mayor, and public speaker with experience across diverse industries. Backed by qualifications in governance, leadership, and training, she is known for her empathetic, engaging approach that delivers meaningful change.

A long-time champion of Bully Zero, Michelle has served as an Ambassador and Workplace Bullying Facilitator, raising over $15,000 through her participation in Adventure All Stars TV Show.

Michelle is a passionate advocate for mental health education, believing it essential for everyone. She is an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor and has been honoured with the title of Master Instructor by Mental Health First Aid Australia.

Michelle was awarded an OAM for her service to local government and the Melbourne community.
