  • Our Strategic Plan
  1. Who we are
  2. Our Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan

We are proud to launch our new Strategic Plan 2019 – 2024, which will drive our agenda for the next five years. It describes our purpose and the key goals that will be implemented to ensure we achieve our vision that all Australians feel safe, valued and respected.

Our work at Bully Zero has one clear purpose: to prevent bullying wherever it happens, to whoever it happens. To achieve this, we will educate communities across Australia, empower and support those impacted by bullying and campaign for change.

OUR STRATEGIC GOALS

Our new Strategic Plan 2019 – 2024 gives us a clear road map for the next five years.

Our four Strategic Goals are:

  1. We will reduce bullying across our schools, workplaces and communities by developing and implementing new evidence based education programs.
  2. We will empower those impacted by bullying by delivering credible and evidence based information, advice and guidance.
  3. We will influence government and inform the general public through high quality research, evidence and data.
  4. We will create a high performing and sustainable organisation that will see us grow our impact and reach across Australia.

Developed in consultation with our supporters, ambassadors, volunteers, staff and board, the plan will guide our work from July 2019 through to June 2024.
